According to Gyan Ganga, worshiping various gods and goddesses alone does not lead to relief from distress because they do not grant true liberation. Many deities, including Kaal Brahm, keep souls trapped in the cycle of birth and death.
The text emphasizes that true peace and salvation come from seeking refuge in Purna Brahm (the Supreme God), who is beyond this cycle. Therefore, to alleviate distress, one must turn to the Supreme for genuine emancipation and liberation from worldly suffering.
