Which God wants Humans to remain in the Cycle of Birth and Death

According to Gyan Ganga, Kaal Brahm (Jyoti Niranjan) has a selfish interest in the cycles of birth and death. He wants souls to remain trapped in the cycle of reincarnation, thereby benefiting from their continued existence within his realm. As a result of this the souls keep wandering from earth to heaven to hell and never gain emancipation.

This contrasts with the teachings that emphasize seeking refuge in Purna Brahm (the Supreme God) for true liberation from this cycle. This is supported by the knowledge given in Shrimad Bhagavad Gita especially 18:62. True salvation happens when a soul escapes the trap of Kaal and reaches Satlok.
